1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Guarantee

D.K.Electricals strives to provide the highest quality electrical services. We guarantee our workmanship on all installations and repairs. However, this guarantee does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, subsequent modifications by unauthorized personnel, or standard wear and tear.

3. Pricing and Quotations

All prices provided prior to inspection are estimates based on standard scenarios. Final quotations will be provided after a physical inspection of the site. Once agreed upon, the quotation price is final unless the scope of work is changed by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. For large commercial projects, milestone-based payment terms will be defined in the project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall D.K.Electricals, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
